The big 6 bet is a wager that the 6 will be rolled before the 7 will. If any other number is rolled it does not effect the result and the dice are rolled again. Consequently, the big 8 bet is a wager that the 8 will be rolled before the 7 is. These two bets could be made at any stage of the game, including on the come-out roll.
