Horizon Edge Casino Boat Offers Different Games Like Craps
On June 9th, 2008, the well-known Horizon's Edge casino boat is preparing for its stop in Lynn, according to James Cowdell, the executive director of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (EDIC). Saying that he was not first 100 percent sure if the Horizon Edge casino boat will actually return for another season, Cowdell commented that he personally talked with cruise officials and confirmed that the casino boat will be in Lynn for another season.
Cowdell said that he had not heard from Horizon officials for a while but they have paid them a visit and personally informed him that the casino will make a stop in Lynn. The Horizon Edge casino boat is very popular with Lynn residents. A tenant at the Economic Development has left twenty-fours a day, 7 Days a week from its dock in Marine Boulevard since 1999.
The Horizon Edge Casino boat is like a Las Vegas style casino and showcases different games like craps, more than two hundred twenty-five slot machines, a buffet and live entertainment. The casino boat can accommodate five hundred customers, plus crew. After its summer and fall stay in Lynn, the Horizon edge casino boat travels to Florida to entertain customers during the winter season.
